Delivery times

~ Processing Time ~

 

Please allow 24/48 hrs for items to be processed in our studio. In the event of any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible, otherwise we aim to despatch all items as quickly as possible as we don’t want you to wait too long for your new items.

 

~ Estimated Delivery Times ~

 

Smaller items and international items are despatched via Royal Mail.

 

 

Smaller Items

Local Delivery 

Allow 2 - 5 working days for standard delivery. 

 

-International Delivery-

Allow 10 - 15 working days for standard delivery. 

 

Larger Items

These are dispathed via Evri and have the same processing times as above. 

 

Returns Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your handmade item, you may return it within [14 days] of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made or personalised items.
Sale or discounted items.
Items damaged after delivery.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at [contact email] to request a return authorisation.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back to us at the address provided with the return authorisation.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [7 days].
If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation and return the item to you.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or design, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. We will ship the new item to you upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
